GOAT Webinar Series – 03 – FarmOS In-Depth
An in-depth look at FarmOS (farmos.org). FarmOS is flexible farm management software which can be used by a wide range of farms, and extendable to most applications. It has modules for specific farm types (like grazing), and specific functionality for groups that require additional detail (like the Vermont Berry Growers Association). Mike Stenta presents on farmOS along with co-developers. He walks through basic functionality of farmOS along with specific descriptions of the API (application programming interface) for other developers or programs wanting to connect, as well as existing work performed so far in 2019 as part of OpenTEAM. For farmOS hosting, you can visit farmier.com to start your own instance.
